These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Level 2 Electrician website (level2electricians.com.au) and any services provided by Level 2 Electrician (ABN 11 651 739 623). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Level 2 Electrician provides Level 2 ASP electrical services including but not limited to switchboard upgrades, underground service mains installation, overhead service line work, private pole installation, defect notice rectification and three phase power upgrades across Greater Sydney, NSW.

All electrical work is performed by licensed, accredited and insured tradespeople in accordance with the Electricity Supply Act 1995 (NSW), AS/NZS 3000 and all applicable Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy network requirements.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Fixed-price quotes are binding once accepted by both parties in writing
• Variations to quoted scope may affect the final price — any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding
• Payment terms will be specified on your invoice

3. Workmanship Guarantee

All work completed by Level 2 Electrician is guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If a fault arising directly from our workmanship occurs within the guarantee period, we will rectify it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference or events outside our control.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover costs already incurred. Emergency callouts that are cancelled after dispatch may incur a call-out fee.

5. Website Use

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
