ASP accreditation isn't one badge — it's four separate classes, each authorising different work. Here's what each class covers, why the grade matters, and why we hold Grade A in all four.

Under the NSW ASP scheme, Level 2 accreditation is split into four classes. An electrician can only legally perform work in the classes they hold — so "accredited Level 2" on its own tells you nothing until you know which classes. Many operators hold one or two. We hold all four, with both Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy.
Overhead service lines from the street to your point of attachment: new installs, storm damage repairs, re-tensioning and disconnect/reconnect.
Underground consumer mains and service cables: new connections, fault location and repair, and overhead-to-underground conversions.
Installing and altering metering equipment — the class most switchboard upgrades and three phase conversions depend on.
Installing and replacing private power poles and the pole-top gear that carries your supply across the property.
Within each class, accreditation is graded. Grade A is the highest — it authorises the full scope of the class, including work on or near live network assets, without the supervision conditions that apply to lower grades. 2A: overhead service lines. 2B: underground service mains. 2C: metering and switchboard connections. 2D: private poles. An electrician can only legally perform work in the classes they hold.
